Granted Takanuva and Gali aren't Agori, but the sets I used are about the same size, so it works. After all, the characters represent kid robots at the moment, so......yeah.
It took me some time to dress all the figures and set up the props, but the final pictures were well worth it in my opinion.
Here's a close up of our first little visitors, the blue one wearing a scrunchy, and the other wearing fabric scraps to form a jungle costume. I even gave the one a bag for candy.
Here are the second batch of kids, going from right to left we have a strangely dressed water warrior, twin cupids brother and sister, and a very frilly dressed Scrall.
Here's a closer look at these cute little kids. I especially enjoy the way the eyes turned out on them. Wasn't hard, just a touch up I did in Open Canvas.
Here's the final close up of our strange little water warrior (originally a Berix set.) You can see I gave him a little bag too.
This idea came from something I used to do when I was younger. When Halloween came around I dressed my Kelly dolls in costumes and lined them up on the porch of my dollhouse, which I decorated with miniature gourds and fake leaves. Thinking back on that memory inspired me to do something similar with Bionicle, only to make more room I set up a stage, rather than try using the dollhouse which has too small a porch for the figures.
With some fabric scraps, a handful of Bionicle figures, some cardboard box props, and a few dollhouse/ Barbie accessories, I got charming results for this years Bionicle photo album.
